You can make such beautiful blinds even at home by using simple accessories such as Velcro, a small piece of junk wood and some left over fabric piece. You can start by nailing a wooden piece under the sides of window bracket. Then stick the Velcro on it and glue it on the interior side. After gluing the Velcro, measure the fabric to be used carefully from the top of the wooden piece to the bottom of the window pane. Now attach the fabric to Velcro and your roman blinds are ready to be used.
